Indigenous Community Farm and Retreat

OUR VISION

MISSION STATEMENT

We are creating a regenerative Indigenous Community Farm and Retreat that embraces nature’s wisdom and natural laws, securing the availability of nutrient-dense organic food, alternative health care and education – the likes of which are not available in the mainstream system.

Through our established Micronation of Indigenous People and purchase of agricultural land, we will create a harmonious, nourishing environment by rewilding and nurturing for optimum wellness, fulfillment and freedom.

As the community flourishes, it will allow for the natural return of respectful, compassionate, Indigenous living, enabling our rights to self-determination and autonomy.

INSPIRATION

Indigenous Community Farm – what does this mean to us?

The term ‘Indigenous’ is defined as ‘of the land’ and therefore to us, it means getting back to living according to our Biological Code and returning to an existence that aligns with our true nature as beings of the Earth. It is not an indication of race or origin, but a way of life and a state of mind. Of course, true Welsh history and heritage are important to us, as the land we connect with tells us a story of its past and we fully respect and honour this, whether we are from the area or not.

Indigenous living is biological living, and therefore an Indigenous Community Farm is one run with Natural Laws of the land and the Biological Laws of Nature as a firm foundation. This means natural, organic, regenerative, sustainable, working with animals’ natural movements, the seasons, the earth energies, etc.

The Retreat will allow the community to experience this way of life for themselves, providing a holistic retreat from daily life and allowing them to be a part of creating the food they consume.

BE A PART OF IT

Having already received enough investment pledges to move forward with making our vision a reality, we are actively seeking land, support and further investment. There are many ways you can be a part of this exciting, innovative and worthwhile venture, ensuring its success and creating a better, brighter future for generations to come.

Our sustainable, biodiverse, regenerative Indigenous Community Farm, will offer membership that secures the availability of quality, nutrient-dense organic farm produce, offers community space, camping, health services and therapies not found in the mainstream and further investment opportunities for setting up similar projects (because we want to remain a small concern). With limited membership slots that reflect the amount of food we can produce, we can offer food security for you and your household. Membership slots are inheritable, so by joining you are securing not only your future but also that of your future generations.

Here is how you can help:

INVESTMENT OPPORTUNITIES:

We are offering a limited number of Investment opportunities to enable us to fund our land purchase, with their investment secured on the land. There is the option of having an interest return and a future buy-out. PLEDGES OF SUPPORT:

If you intend to support us but are not yet ready to donate and want to make a pledge, we have created a Pledge Form. This is very helpful so we know the level of support we can expect. We are also interested in pledges of donations, loan or purchase offers of farming equipment, static caravan, heirloom seeds, point-of-lay hens, building equipment, tools, etc. so please get in touch if you can supply anything we may need.

LAND:

We are currently, actively seeking land and continue to put the word out to local (within half-hour drive to Caerphilly) farmers, landowners and farming networks as well as having alerts on online sales and auction channels. However, we know that most agricultural land is traded through farming networks and isn’t necessarily advertised to the public. Therefore, if anyone knows any local farmers, landowners or comes across any suitable land being advertised, please let us know! Our land requirements are on this document, click here: Land Requirements

DO YOU OWN LAND?

The Benefits of selling 20 acres to us:

We deeply respect and admire the vital role farmers play in sustaining British agriculture, nourishing our communities, and stewarding the land through challenging times. We understand the immense pressures they face, particularly with the future uncertainties brought by recent legislative changes and economic shifts. Our group wholeheartedly supports farmers and the critical work they do, and we believe our proposal can offer a mutually beneficial solution during these challenging times, ensuring their land continues to contribute to agriculture in a meaningful way.

The future of British farming is under significant threat due to new government policies, including the 2024 Budget’s changes to agricultural property relief, which introduce substantial inheritance tax burdens from April 2026. Combined with rising operational costs and the transition to new environmental land management schemes, these pressures place unprecedented strain on family-run farms.

We believe selling a portion of  land to us could provide significant benefits, particularly in light of the current economic and legislative landscape. Here’s how:

  • Financial Security to Navigate New Challenges: By selling 20-30 acres, immediate capital can be unlocked to reinvest in their farm and fund adaptations required for the new 2026 payment schemes (such as the Sustainable Farming Incentive or Environmental Land Management schemes). We are committed to offering a competitive price, ensuring financial stability in an uncertain economy.
  • Continued Agricultural Legacy: Our vision ensures a farmer’s land remains in agricultural use, preserving its heritage through organic farming and regenerative practices. Unlike development projects, our community farm will maintain the land’s agricultural purpose, aligning with farmer’s values and contributing to the UK’s food security and environmental goals.
  • No Competition, Only Collaboration: Our farm’s produce will be exclusively available to our private membership, meaning we will not compete with any existing markets. Furthermore, as we establish our operations, we aim to source supplies from local farms, including ongoing purchases of produce beyond our remit. This creates a reliable income stream for farmers and fosters a collaborative relationship that strengthens the local agricultural economy.
  • Supporting Local Economic Growth: Our project will stimulate the local economy by creating jobs, attracting visitors to our retreat, and promoting locally sourced produce. This could enhance the value of surrounding land and businesses, indirectly benefiting farmers in the region.
  • Environmental and Community Impact: Our farm and retreat will prioritize biodiversity, soil health, and the health and well-being of the land. By selling to a group committed to environmental stewardship, farmers can take pride in knowing their land will play a vital role in addressing current issues and building community resilience.

We are eager to create a mutually beneficial agreement. This would ideally involve a straightforward sale as we already have pledged investment, but we would also be keen to collaborate on joint ventures, co-hosting educational programs, or integrating farmers’ expertise into our initiatives. We are committed to building a partnership rooted in trust, respect, and shared values.
