Notice of Secession
The Grantor, Danielle Bryant, and the Trustees, Lloyd Bryant, Mark Cawkwell and Vanessa Bryant, of the Sovereign Community Trust formerly known as “Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust” hereby declare that Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust has been formally seceded from Universal Community Trust [UCT].
Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust in its former state under UCT is hereby no longer active.
The Private Family Trusts which sheltered under Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust and under UCT, as approved beneficiaries, are hereby given notice that they are no longer beneficiaries of Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust in its former state. They are free to choose whether they wish to become Indigenous Nationals of Glamorgannwg Indigenous Nation, with the option of being protected by an independent Trust when we announce it, or they can seek to join another Sovereign Community Trust under UCT.
The Grantor and the Trustees of Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust hereby declare that all intellectual and other property pertaining to Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust, including the name of the Trust which includes the word “Glamorgan”, relevant websites, social media accounts, promotional and presentation materials, information pertaining to Glamorgan Sovereign Community Trust [but not to Universal Community Trust], and any other relevant items remain as their intellectual and/or physical property and they retain the right to reuse or change these as and when they see fit.
