Join us in a heartfelt gathering, hosted by Glamorgannwg Indigenous People, as we honour the cherished memory of our much-loved, late friend and associate, Ross Broadstock. His dream of uniting the Britain’s Hidden History group, along with others who share a passion for our true history, lives on through this unforgettable event.

We will share memories, research, tears and laughter, with a variety of videos, presentations, and music by his friends, family and fellow researchers – all paying homage to Ross’s enduring spirit. As we reflect on his legacy, we will also explore the future of the BHH group, paving the way for new chapters of discovery and connection.

This event is an opportunity to immerse yourself in the warmth of the BHH and Glamorgannwg communities and forge meaningful connections. You will also meet with esteemed authors, offering book-signings and book sales and browse the BHH merchandise stall.

The ticket price of £18 includes a quality buffet of homemade foods made with fresh, ethically sourced ingredients and also includes hot drinks throughout the event. There is also a bar available for you to purchase other refreshments if you wish. There will be plenty of time during the evening for social connection.

Ross was enthused by Glamorgannwg and our mission to become established and recognised as Indigenous People, mostly due to our shared passion for our true heritage and history. Ross previously approached us at Glamorgannwg to collaborate with him in creating his dream of an event that brought people together, so it is an honour to continue the plans we began to make with him.

With this event being close to Ross’s birthday, it is our hope that it not only becomes a manifestation of his dream, but also a true celebration of a beautiful soul, standing as a testament to his larger-than-life character and his unwavering dedication to his work.

Secure your ticket now and be part of this heartfelt celebration, forging connections that transcend time. Together, we will build on Ross’s legacy and honour his incredible journey.

Pay-it-forward Ticket Scheme

After having received several requests by people who cannot attend the event but wanted to make a contribution, we have added a donation item.

Donations will be used to provide coupons for subsidised tickets in a ‘pay-it-forward’ ticket scheme.

Subsidised Pay-it-forward tickets will be released as they are available at the link below, and these are primarily for those who are not in a position to afford the full ticket price such as concessions, those who will have a lot of travelling expenses and volunteers or contributors who have already made a significant contribution in time and at their own expense. The number available is solely dependant on contributions.

To check availability of the Pay-it-Forward tickets:

Here is the link should you wish  to make a donation to this scheme (donations start at £5) https://glamorgannwg.square.site/product/BHH-donation/88
