Dani (with a little help from Lloyd) will give an empowering presentation sharing ways in which may help you to discern truth from misinformation and disinformation, including assessing trustworthy people.
Various techniques will be shared including the most common fallacies used by disinformation agents, mainstream propaganda and similar psyops. They will be offering pointers with which you can find out whether information is biased or has an ulterior motive, and sharing how we can put our suspicions and findings to the test.
Refreshments and light snacks are available at the theatre bar. You may arrive by 6.30 to get settled for the workshop which will begin promptly at 7pm!
Donations: To cover hall hire and costs, donations for workshops are gratefully received from those not contributing regularly. Suggested Donations for non-members is £5.
