Danielle, Mark Elliott and Menna will be sharing various self-help techniques and coping mechanisms for dealing with unpleasant emotions such as stress, anxiety & fear, and helping you to achieve a calm and peaceful life.
We will be running the evening with an ‘open mike’ format, so anyone else who has any techniques or information on the subject they find useful is welcome to share this with the group.
The workshop is by donation for non-beneficiaries and those not making regular contributions, suggested donation is £5.
