Every month on the First Wednesday of the month (this may be subject to change in certain circumstances), we have a People’s Council meeting and Social Gathering staarting at 7pm. Members and interested parties welcome.
The length of the People’s Council meetings vary dependant on current affairs, and will be anything from a brief 20-minute update from the Founders to a more in-depth council meeting with full reports. Minutes are taken at every meeting and made available to citizens in the citizen’s area, along with account summaries.
The more in-depth meetings are are aimed to be held at least quarterly so we can keep citizens abreast of micronation progress and business, though this can change with current events. They include reports in current campaigns, a financial report, a progress update on the establishment of the micronation, workshop and event planning, update on community cases and an opportunity for citizens to have their say on what we do and how our micronation is progressing. Agendas and previous minutes are available in advance to Citizens in the Citizen Telegram group.
The social gatherings that follow are a chance for everyone to speak freely and share their personal experiences of their journey towards freedom and sovereignty in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Anyone with information of significance and interest will be have the opportunity to speak if they wish to, before we relax into freely chatting amongst friends.
During the social gathering, we are able to help you with filling out documents and deeds, give some guidance, and talk through issues you may be having.
The meetings are held in the beautiful Upper Tower Room of Twyn Community Centre in Caerphilly, overlooking the Castle. Use the entrance nearest the car park and go straight up the stairs.
Refreshments and light snacks are available by donation.
1-2-1 appointments at 6.15pm: If you wish to have a private consultation or arrange an approval interview with us before the meeting begins, please book a slot below or email to advise us beforehand so we can allocate time.
