We occasionally run fayres for our community to get together, socialise and trade with each other. We often have a Summer Fayre and a Christmas Fayre, however more recently we have been focusing on planning our Lifestyle Farm where we plan to hold many different events.
Anyone who is interested in our community, Indigenous People and the Cymru Community Trust is also welcome to come along to these day events to receive information on what we are, what we are doing and what we are working towards. There are facilities at each event for joining us if you wish to. You will be able to shop our stalls, visit our community café and get to know the People of Glamorgannwg.
Events may offer a presentation on Glamorgannwg and Cymru Community Trust if there is sufficient interest, which includes success stories of community groups and case studies of how Cymru has helped people with different issues. We also have information videos available on this website and our Youtube channel.
CAFE
The socialising is centred around our Community-run café, which is the main source of our fund-raising at these events. Hot & cold (mostly organic) refreshments and snacks are available, and sometimes we also have some delicious home made cakes with vegan options, all on offer by donation.
STALLS
Stalls are available at every event, mostly run by the People of our Community. There are crafts, natural health, taster therapies, gifts, bring and buy, second hand and sometimes we have stalls for the children too (depending on location and space available). Stalls accept trade, cash and even cryptocurrency is accepted!
