SUMMARY:URGENT: Meeting for all Beneficiaries
DESCRIPTION:This meeting is for beneficiaries and those who are known to a 
 trustee and are in the process of joining only. An invitation is extended 
 to benficiaries of other SCTs who have also seceded from UCT.\n\nPLEASE NO
 TE: It is important that at least one trustee from each Family Trust atten
 ds this meeting as it effects us all. This is following the announcement a
 nd Glamorgan SCT's secession from UCT (please see Notice of Secession). It
  is questionable whether your trust documents are still valid\, and this m
 eeting will give you information on your choices and what actions you need
  to take.\n\nIf you are unable to travel to us\, please get in touch for a
  Zoom link. However please note that we have limited bandwidth at the venu
 e (which is yet to be tested) and have beneficiaries who need to join us f
 rom North Wales and Cornwall\, so please attend in person if you are able 
 to!\n\nPlease note the earlier start of 6.30pm and different venue!\n\n\nA
 t the meeting we will explain in detail the recent events that led to our 
 resignation as trustees and secession of Glamorgan SCT from UCT.\n\nWe wil
 l explain our new structure and how we are planning to move forward.\n\nWe
  will explain the options we have arranged for you to move forward dependi
 ng on your individual wishes and circumstances\, and the actions you will 
 need to take for each option.\n\nYou will be invited to ask questions and 
 raise concerns which we will address to the best of our ability.\n\nThere 
 will be hot and cold drinks and limited alcoholic drinks and snacks availa
 ble at the bar provided by the hall staff.\n\nIf you are not a member of o
 ur community\, please let us know you are coming by booking a ticket below
  or letting a trustee know.\n\nWe look forward to seeing you there or onli
 ne.\n\nPARKING: there is free parking in the lay-by in front of the hall\,
  or by following the one way system around to the small council carpark be
 hind the hall. Morrisons car park is monitored by a private parking firm w
 ith a limit of 3 hours. Otherwise there is the Twyn car park within a coup
