SUMMARY:Gong Sound Bath and Talk with Pat
DESCRIPTION:Come and join us for a relaxing and healing sound/gong bath exp
 erience.\n\nPat will be offering a brief talk on sound therapy before full
 y immersing us in the healing sound vibrations of the gongs!\n\nThe gong b
 ath will last for 1 hour and this will be followed by questions and answer
 s (and recovery!) when Pat will give further information on the experience
  and sound therapy in general.\n\nPat is a full time sound therapist and h
 olistic therapist.\n\nSuggested Donations of £10 please for this workshop
 \, to cover Pat's time and expenses. We also appreciate an additional smal
 l contribution to the community if you are a non-member. Please book below
  and pay your chosen donation in cash on the night or you can book via che
 ckout link below (please don't book both or you will reserve 2 places!)\n\
 nBook Now\n\nPlease bring relaxer chair\, Yoga mat\, pillow\, blanket or s
 leeping bag if you wish to lie down for the sound bath experience. Alterna
 tively you are welcome to use one of the hall's padded chairs but it is st
 ill recommended to bring a blanket for warmth while you relax\, and a neck
  pillow if you have one.\n\nRefreshments and light snacks are available at
  the theatre bar. You may arrive by 6.30 to get settled for the workshop. 
 Please note there will be no admittance after 7.15pm so as not to disturb 
 the Sound bath so please aim to arrive early to be settled in time!\n\n&nb
