 ies Gatherings are social get-togethers where our beneficiaries can meet a
 nd talk openly with like-minded people. The trustees are also on hand to a
 ssist with completing documents and giving guidance.\n\n\nThe Beneficiarie
 s Gathering will start with announcements arising from the recent trustee 
 meeting. We will then talk openly about upcoming events and issues before 
 socialising.\n\nApproval interviews can be booked before the Beneficiaries
  Gatherings from 5.30pm-7pm. Please email us if you wish to book an approv
 al (you will need to be signed up on the UCT website and have created your
  family trust).\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nBOOKING NOTE: If you have previou
