SUMMARY:Annual General Meeting and People's Council
DESCRIPTION:The People's Council and AGM is for citizens and invited guests
 . Due to the nature of the meetings\, please do not attend if you are not 
 a citizen\, unless by prior arrangement.\n\nThe Founders will give annual 
 reports on finances\, administration\, project progress and legal successe
 s\, as well as an overview of the past year with goals set for the next ye
 ar.\n\nThere will be a progress update on the establishment of the microna
 tion\, workshop and event planning\, update on community cases and an oppo
 rtunity for citizens to have their say on what we do and how our micronati
 on is progressing. Agendas and previous minutes are available in advance t
 o Citizens in the Citizen Telegram group.\n\nThe meeting is being held in 
 our Community Hub in Bedwas\, Caerphilly\, and via Zoom for remote citizen
 s.\n\nRefreshments and light snacks are available by donation. There is pl
 enty of parking and were only a couple of minute's walk from public transp
 ort.\n\nDonations: To cover room hire and costs\, donations for workshops 
 are gratefully received from those not contributing regularly. Suggested D
 onations for non-members is £5.\n\nIMPORTANT - Event Changes &amp\; Cance
 llations!\nWhile we endeavour to keep this website up-to-date\, last minut
 e event changes and cancellations of events and meetings will be announced
  in our social media groups as it is the most efficient way of reaching ev
 eryone at short notice. Therefore please be sure to check our social media
  for updates before travelling!\n\nCitizens who are unable to attend\, ple
 ase give apologies to one of the Founders.
