Due to the na ture of the meetings\, please do not attend if you are not a citizen\, unl ess by prior arrangement.\n\nPeople's Council meetings vary dependant on c urrent affairs\, and will be anything from a brief 20-minute update from t he Founders to a more in-depth council meeting with full reports. Minutes are taken at every meeting and made available to citizens in the Telegram citizen's group as well as in the Citizen's area of this website\, along w ith account summaries.\n\nThe more in-depth meetings are held at least qua rterly so we can keep citizens abreast of micronation progress and busines s. They include reports in current campaigns\, a financial report\, a prog ress update on the establishment of the micronation\, workshop and event p lanning\, update on community cases and an opportunity for citizens to hav e their say on what we do and how our micronation is progressing. Agendas and previous minutes are available in advance to Citizens in the Citizen T elegram group.\n\nSome meetings will be open to public. This event page wi ll be  amended a week beforehand if this is the case.\n\n8pm onwards:\n\n The social gatherings that follow are open to non-citizens and interested parties. They are a chance for everyone to speak freely and share their pe rsonal experiences of their journey towards freedom and sovereignty in a r elaxed and friendly atmosphere. Anyone with information of significance an d interest will be have the opportunity to speak if they wish to\, before we relax into freely chatting amongst friends.\n\nDuring the social gather ing\, we are able to help with citizen application forms\, and we can offe r citizens guidance on any of their issues. Please note that it is not app ropriate for us to give any advice to non-citizens and therefore our meeti ngs should not be seen as a drop-in advice service.\n\nThe meetings are he ld in our Community Hub in Bedwas\, Caerphilly.\n\nRefreshments and light snacks are available by donation. There is plenty of parking and were only a couple of minute's walk from public transport.\n\n1-2-1 appointments at 6.15pm: for citizens and citizen applicants only: if you wish to have a p rivate consultation or arrange an approval interview with us before the me eting begins\, please book a slot below or email to advise us beforehand s o we can allocate time.\n\nDonations: To cover room hire and costs\, donat ions for workshops are gratefully received from those not contributing reg ularly.
