SUMMARY:People's Council & Christmas Gathering
DESCRIPTION:Every (most) months on the First Wednesday of the month (this m
 ay be subject to change in certain circumstances)\, we have a People’s C
 ouncil &amp\; Social Gathering at 7pm. The Founders will update you on any
  topics discussed and agreed at our monthly Founders meeting\, and provide
  reports on community cases and accounts. Members and interested parties w
 elcome.\n\nThe meeting and gathering is held in the auditorium of Caerphil
 ly Workmen’s Hall\, Caerphilly. Use the side entrance to the right of th
 e building through the gates.\n\nThis month we will keep the meeting short
  and have a Christmas Social afterwards. Christmas hats and jumpers welcom
 e!\n\nPlease bring a plate of sweet and a plate of savoury food for the bu
 ffet table. There is a bar available for drinks. Christmas music is provid
 ed!\n\nPlease note Morrisons car park has a 3hr limit.\n\nDonations: To co
 ver hall hire and costs\, donations for workshops are gratefully received 
 from those not contributing regularly. Suggested Donations for non-members
  is £5.\n\nIMPORTANT - Event Changes &amp\; Cancellations!\nWhile we ende
 avour to keep this website up-to-date\, last minute event changes and canc
 ellations of events and meetings will be announced in our social media gro
 ups as it is the most efficient way of reaching everyone at short notice.
